Savage House, the Triumphant Return of B. A. Savage, a Mercenary with a Heart of Gold

Savage House, a new novel by Joshua MacLeod has been released in December, 2019 and is available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Authorhouse. Savage House brings back Bartholomew August Savage, a retired-Navy seal, turned vigilante and mercenary for hire – disguised in plain sight as a surfing beach bum. If the cause is just, and the price is right, August is your man. And if it’s his beloved landlady, where his “Beach Bum Bachelor” persona lazes the days away, then August jumps in to save the day with both combat-booted feet.

Preliminary Reviews for Savage House are Positive

There’s nothing better than a hero on a quest, and the damsel in distress this time is August’s favorite landlady in the world, Miss Agnes, a combination of mother-figure and retired spunky torch singer. August finds out her grandson has disappeared with all the money she “lent” him and more. The trail leads to Vegas, and a mafia connection means August has problems to solve in spades.

Savage Tango, MacLeod’s first novel, introduced B. A. Savage, aka August, as neither a police officer nor a licensed private investigator; rather, a self-described “waste management consultant” who professionally and discreetly takes out the waste for a fee. Reviewers who have been waiting for the rest of the story, will be happy to know it is finished and even more suspenseful than the first book.

5.0 out of 5 stars  Savage Tango

Mr. B.A.Savage can park his flipflops under my bed anytime! This guy has a soul made for adventure, but a heart made for romance. My kinda guy! Very-action packed, a page-turner. There has to be more where this came from!!
